Field Mice Control

Seasonal Alert: High activity pest

Hundreds of small mice infiltrate homes across the region on an annual basis. They are the most active animals during the winter period. In fact, mice, rats and field mice are more susceptible to invade your home in the winter. When the temperature goes down, rodents may have difficulty finding reliable food sources outside. During this time, they will seek heat, shelter and food in your home, away from the cold, rain and snow. If you encounter a problem with field mice, please contact Capital Wildlife Control for immediate assistance. We are the animal control experts in the Ottawa-Gatineau region and field mice removal is our specialty.

Field Mice

What Can We Do For You?

Often confused with the mouse, the field-mouse really exists on her own scientific name of Apodemus. This small rodent has larger ears than mice, its eyes and hind legs are taller. They can multiply very rapidly because of their high reproduction rate.

EVALUATE
AND REMOVE
Capital Wildlife Control’s technicians have been specially trained to spot and identify entrance points of field mice. The strategic and systematic elimination of all field-mouse is the least expensive and the most efficient method to solve an infestation problem. Making sure to block all possible access points is pertinent. Poisoning and trapping mice can do harm to humans and their pets. Plus, these methods don’t bring real long-term solutions and do not limit reproduction; worse, they leave dead field mice in the walls and in the attics. Our elimination technique without poison is built on decades of research and proven results, making Capital Wildlife Control one of the leaders in animal wildlife control.
CLEARLAIR
AND CLEAN
Capital Wildlife Control’s wildlife elimination and control strategy is reliable, sure, and humane. Our intervention includes the identification and the cleaning of all contaminated materials that can pose serious health risks. Capital Wildlife Control’s technician will help you choose the best cleaning techniques to disinfect attics or insulation, depending on the level of contamination. Return quickly to a normal life again in a safe and sane environment for your family.
